By accessing or using CNBS (Cannabis Business Solutions), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Use License

Subject to these terms, CNBS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your licensed cannabis retail operations. This license includes:

• Access to our POS system and related tools
• Inventory management features
• Compliance reporting and tracking
• Customer management capabilities
• E-commerce functionality (where legally permitted)

Account Requirements

To use CNBS, you must:

• Hold a valid cannabis retail or distribution license in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be legally authorized to enter into this agreement

Compliance Requirements

As a cannabis industry platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all federal, state, and local cannabis regulations
• Maintain valid licenses and permits required for your operations
• Accurately report sales and inventory as required by law
• Verify customer age and identification as required
• Follow packaging and labeling requirements
• Maintain required records for regulatory audits

Prohibited Uses

You may not use CNBS to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Sell cannabis products in jurisdictions where it is illegal
• Sell to minors or individuals without proper identification
• Misrepresent product information or test results
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Payment Terms

By using CNBS, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Data and Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into CNBS. However, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services. We maintain backups of your data for disaster recovery purposes.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

CNBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CNBS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any laws or regulations.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of CNBS after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
